Airports of the Future: Decarbonizing the U.S.’ most Critical Infrastructure
The New Terminal One (NTO) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is a major development led by a consortium of partners, including Ferrovial, Carlyle, JLC Infrastructure, and Ullico. This project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art, 2.4 million square foot terminal with 23 gates, dedicated to international travel. With a total value of $9.5 billion, it represents the largest single-asset project financing in U.S. history. Upon completion, the New Terminal One will be the largest international terminal at JFK, significantly enhancing the airport’s capacity and facilities for global travelers.
