The Total Economic Impact™ Of parcelLab

parcelLab commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study and examine the potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying parcelLab. The purpose of this study is to provide readers with a framework to evaluate the potential financial impact of parcelLab on their organizations.

To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with this investment, Forrester interviewed the representative of a large retail organization selling women’s fashion apparel with an annual revenue of $1.48 billion with experience using parcelLab. Forrester used this experience to project a three-year financial analysis.

In the analysis of benefits section of this study, it is noted that the interviewee explained how his organization saw cost savings from decommissioning the previous post-purchase platform. He noted that although his organization replaced the previous solution with the same-sized tier package of parcelLab, parcelLab delivered better service and support.
