Leveraging the Potential of AI with Dell Technologies, NVIDIA and Vmware
As the technology powering artificial intelligence (AI) continues to evolve, more use cases are arising. Consider, for example, how AI is being utilized for self-driving cars, customer-facing chatbots and automated ecommerce shopping assistants. But the narrative around AI has shifted— enterprises are realizing that AI is maturing into a powerful business tool.
Executive leaders are aware of AI’s transformative power. AI has positively impacted organizations on a significant scale for several years. A recent study found that most advanced AI adopters successfully reduce their operating costs — no easy task when the demands on business are increasing at a rapid rate. The same study also found that AI adoption results in an average of more than 6 percent in direct revenue gains.
We are only in the beginning stages of widespread AI adoption, and many organizations using the technology are benefitting handsomely. Unfortunately, not all companies have been successful in leveraging the capabilities of AI. The reason these companies are lagging is simply because AI is complicated. A recent survey found that more than 90 percent of senior executives believe that AI helps their businesses be more competitive. Unfortunately, 95 percent of those same executives report challenges in sourcing the skills needed to successfully build complex AI systems.
That’s why Dell Technologies, NVIDIA and VMware have teamed up to make it easier for organizations to make AI an integral component of their mainstream workflows and processes.
